pipx is an executable insaller for python, it will install any exectuable script, 
add it to your path in a scope venv
`pip install pipx`
## install [uv](https://docs.astral.sh/uv/)
uv is a ultra fast and lightweight dependencie manager for python
`pipx install uv`
## install dependencies
`uv sync`
# launch
`jupyter notebook`
