Added Hydrocarbon section to MV, in order to reduce confusion and make the biochemical and petrochemical paths more obvious.
Changed layout of Steam section to reduce conflicting arrows, and moved Item Pipes to the start with fluid pipes.

ExtendedAE has some new blocks that should probably be gregified, I am not exactly the recipe guy however
- big big grammar pass over everything, no more jank grammar. nature is healing

- fixed a lot of issues people had in the ceu discord, thanks a lot to everyone who brought something up
- a handful of quest rewards added too but nothing too crazy. just to help you get through earlygame. to compensate, a couple of quest rewards have been marginally nerfed. But Again, Nothing Crazy (dont be scared)

- huge fix to grammar, removed redundant references, etc. basically just all nicer

It currently differs significantly from start.sh:
- It pulls FindMe from modrinth by using their API
so as to avoid having to hardcode the location
- It will pull in the latest packwiz bootstrap
from gh releases to avoid hardcoding the location
- It cleans up after itself
- It allows the user to accept the MC EULA from
within the script itself
The 3 variables at the top will need to be
updated to match the expected versions every time
those are altered.
I don't think I'll be able to replicate this
functionality in bash as I'm not as familiar
but I'm sure someone else will rise to the
challenge.
