mina 08c542702c questbook fixes
megacommit but :PPP sillay
- made fluid tasks possible
- changed IV text colour to suit CEu
- added multi fluid hatch quest
- fixed confusing wording on the ore generation quest
- made it more obvious as to when vanilla recipes have been tweaked
- added some quest subtitles
