mina 08c542702c questbook fixes 
megacommit but :PPP sillay
- made fluid tasks possible
- changed IV text colour to suit CEu
- added multi fluid hatch quest
- fixed confusing wording on the ore generation quest
- made it more obvious as to when vanilla recipes have been tweaked
- added some quest subtitles

- potion recipes now display properly in JEI
- bottle o enchanting no longer requires LCR
- silk touch book is craftable as soon as the player obtains a steam age alloy smelter

ae2 will get a questline when everything is done, very low priority
milestones was invalidated
steam behaviour was merged with another chapter
